FedEx 2026 Billing Rules Adjustment Notice

Dear Valued Corporate Member,
FedEx has announced an adjustment to its billing rules effective January 12, 2026. The evaluation standards for AHS-Size and Oversize in FedEx last-mile delivery will be updated as follows:
AHS-Size – A volume limit has been added. Any package exceeding 10,368 cubic inches (calculated as Length × Width × Height) will incur an AHS-Size surcharge. Billing dimensions will be rounded up to the next whole number.
Oversize – Both volume and weight limits have been added. Any package exceeding 17,280 cubic inches (calculated as Length × Width × Height) or an actual weight over 110 lbs will incur an Oversize surcharge. Both billing dimensions and weight will be rounded up to the next whole number.
For shipments that may approach these new thresholds, we recommend optimizing packaging dimensions. For more details, please refer to the official FedEx announcement at the link below:
